sis file with pyc

Hi all,
I have a very serious and strange issue about my application.
I use PyS60 1.45 and my py script works fine in Emulator and in the script shell of my nokia N82.
I use Ensymble to create my sis file and everything works great but it took about 6 sec's for the application to begin .
So i create a pyc file on the windows P.C. with py_compile on Python 2.2.2 for better startup time.
And here's the problem. Ensymble generates a sis file that i can install in phone normally,but when i m trying to start the application the main menu of my application appears
but if i make any selection or movement inside the application, it just exits without any messages.
I have tried everything without any luck

maybe someone has a hint or any suggestion ?
PyS60 forum is my last hope ...
