How to submit to China mobile's app store?

I had a meeting with some Chinese companies and they told me that China mobile has an option for developers to submit their applications to their app store. I have searched,but I haven't find it.It is hard for me to find it,since I live in Sweden and don't know any Chinese. Does anyone know where their appstore is and where I can submit my companies products to it?

Thanks, but everything is in chinese there. I don't find any way to change the language,so I don't know how to submit the applications. So I assume that you have to know chinese to submit applications to their appstore?
