When i create a mms with a smil presentation, i have a question about the binari encoding:
0x84--->content type
0x1f--->??????
0x28---->????
0xb3---->multipart related

what is the meaning of 0x1f and 0x28??

MOreover, i the document HOW TO CREATE MMS SERVICES, in page 26 there is an example of a mms with smil in binari encoding, and i have more or less the same question. We can see:

in the line 0040:
0x84---->content type
0x1b--->?????
0xb3---->multipart related

what is the meaning of ox1b????
