Problem linking:__cxa_get_exception_ptr

Hi,

I am compiling Qt 4.6 on Solaris 5.10, SPARC, with gcc 4.2.2. During link of assistant, i get:

Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
__cxa_get_exception_ptr .obj/release-shared/mainwindow.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to ../../../../bin/assistant


Any suggestions?

Hi, it looks like Solaris is suffering from the same GCC library defect than Symbian :S

That is, to fix this you need to modify each catch(std::bad_alloc) to catch(std::bad_alloc&).

I will add a bug about it, hope this helps
