Adding a custom menu option to the Contacts left menu

Hi everyone

I was wondering if it is possible to add a custom menu option when showing a contact details.

for example: I open a contact, go on the contact mobile number, click on "Options" menu and then I choose my custom option (e.g. "Call with MYSERVICE").

It's not possible with Python. I'm not sure it's possible at all, but search the Symbian C++ forum to see if you can find similar discussions.
