Nokia E52 VOIP and Wlan always on. Help to turn it off.

Hi!
I have Nokia E52 and have successfully installed an VOIP/SIP setting and now I can make calls through the internet phone (thanks to this forum).

Problem is that no every time I’m within home/authorized WLAN coverage internet phone (and WLAN) signs in!
While it’s on I can’t edit or delete settings. I turned off WLAN automatic scanner; turned off network availability information display. When I try to disconnect the connection through the connection manager it reconnects immediately.

Could you please help me or tell me where can I find an answer.
