Error updating my E71 to 400.21.013

I have updated my E71 from 400.21.012 to 400.21.013. Everyhting installed correctly, except for one file. My phone tells me there's a 2002aa97.sis on my memory card which is not installed. When I try to install it, my phone tells me the file is damaged.

Before my update I could use my E71 to get my laptop on the internet, either through bluetooth or USB cable. At this moment my phone doesn't react to me attaching it to my laptop through the USB cable, and I can't use bluetooth anymore to connect to the internet (bluetooth synch with the Nokia Ovi Suite through bluetooth works).

Can anyone tell me how I can fix this?

Edit: after turning my phone off and on, it reacts again to connecting a cable. The rest of the problem remains though...

Yes I got 2002aa97.sis failed to install as well.
After a good night's sleep I reformatted the memory card & restored the data from the back up.
All seems well now
