Unable to make payment on Publisher.ovi

Am from India.I am trying to join ovi as a publisher but i am unable to make the payment

Is there any other payment option ? Pls help.

Can you explain what you mean by not being able to make the payment? Is the tool not working or are you unable to enter your credit card information?

Thanks for replying!

Am trying to make the payment but its failing repeatedly, i have tried a lot of times(Unable to process pls retry). Do you have any other payment methods.
The catchy part of the issue is when it asks the current language and banking country. I have selected "other country" as India is not listed there.
However will try from some other cc to complete the payment. Pls let me know if you have any other process.

I'm having the same problem. I go through the whole registration process but my credit card payment is not accepted. I receive an email from support@rbsworldpay.com that says:

Dear Publisher,
Thank you applying for Ovi Publish. Unfortunately, your Ovi Publish account can not be created because the registration payment was not approved.
Please re-register at your convenience and should you have any questions, please contact us.

Ovi Store Publisher Support

I tried going to the above Ovi Store support link, but you need to sign in for that, but I can't sign in until I can finish registration!

I'm registering for a corporate account, and our office address is different than my credit card address -- could that be the issue? The credit card works fine elsewhere.

No. I'm in the USA and we don't have Visa Electron here. I was trying to use Visa.
