Any suggestion or idea?

hi all,
I'm working on something where i can submit check list on different pages together with user person information from handphone and send it to the server.
The server will be able to open up the check list and information of the person who send it using maybe an adminstrator page (something like a webpage).

does anyone have any suggestion or any idea on what program is needed in order to create all this thing?

yes, you just need to create a webservice that can receive requests. this can be done in whatever web scripting language you would like(php, perl, ruby, java, etc)

accept the post or get from the handheld widget, validate it, insert to database

then create a separate web script to pull values from database and show on web page

erm.. I'm quite a beginner.. I'm wondering which type of language will be easier for me to learn and start with. What I mean is like the list send to a database from different pages all at once, what program is required? and the database u mention, how can I have a database?

I would suggest for the server side using a LAMP(linux apache mysql php) stack or WAMP(same thing but for windows)

for the phone, you can use this WRT and create a form in a view and post it to a page on your server where the php accepts the input and saves it to mysql database

I have install the WAMP but I don't get how to use it.
is there a sample for me to try out?
