An error has occured, failed to pay the account.I tried again,but the problem persist.
Anybody know if Nokia refuse VISA credit card from China?

There is a problem which will affect you, basically you wont get paid!

So Ovi does not take payment from China for apps therefore probably there is no setup to process Visa cards from China.

Yes you can register as a publisher for Ovi if you're from China. You do need to have a tax ID which is provided to companies for tax purposes. The reason for this is so if you're selling content through Ovi Store then there's a legal way for Nokia to provide the revenue share to the publisher. Companies can be one person, 10 or 1000 people large.

The other problem is you need a Value Added Tax ID for your company which are not listed as available for verification as the tax is paid some other way.

Several people have ask your question since the store opened.

I summited my company's TAX ID.It shouldn't matter I think.
And I'll publish some free apps.
But the problem is really caused by the credit card?That's troublesome!
