Publish contents to OVI

Hi there,
I tried to look for an answer in the forum but I didn't find one so I will be very happy if anyone can help me -

Why is not possible to publish applications with women in Bikini but it's OK to publish them on wallpapers?

Another question - I uploaded several applications in the last days but with all of them I get an mail from QA that says that the application is not sign.
I'm not the developer of the content but I'm his representative for to OVI store. His midp is 2.0 (if that makes any difference).

I will be very thankful if anyone can help me with this 2 Questions.

Regarding the bikini thing - when you target your distribution countries just exclude all the muslim territories. Not sure why wallpapers should be different though.

Hi,

Yes, when you set your target distribution for bikini content, make sure that

a) You do not select, all countries and all operators
b) You then select specific countries where the content is permissible to be distributed.

Apps would need to be signed. Please check the latest Ovi Publishers guide.

Thank you for your response, and I would like to make sure we follow it to the latter:

If we choose to publish in non- Islamic territories, is that a guarantee for successful publishing (in regards to the nature of content only, not technical QA)? Our content includes only mild models in bikinis (No nude). Apart from Islamic territories we are not aware of other countries where such content is not permitted.
