    do touch screens support game_left and so on?

    On some devices (such as Nokia's 5800XM), a Canvas displays (by default) an on-screen keypad that has navigation controls, which will generate keyPressed() events.

    Where an on-screen pad is not displayed, and there are no hardward keys, keyPressed() events won't be generated.
