I can't any list of countries that support paid applications (Premium SMS/CC/DC/operator billing) and free applications. Are free applications available everywhere?

Ovi store is available in more than 180 countries, available in six local languages, and nine countries supported with operator billing.
Is there any detailed list that we can view before our company will join Ovi?
