Failed Uninstall "Contacts Model API Example v2.1"

Hi,
i am new to WRT, and have found this example "Contacts Model API Example v2.1"
After installing it on My N97 it will not Uninstall
I installed on phone Memory
and on Mass memory
it adds the App
when uninstalling from Phone memory or Mass memory It says File Corrupt and won't uninstall.
after installing again on Phone mem, it will use both Icons to launch the App

Please help me uninstall this App - now I have two Icons in Apps folder that do nothing...
they start to launch or something but imidiatly closes...

but it made me more confused...

1. the install is not SIS it is Phonebook.wgz (from http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._1_en.zip.html)
2. Do i need to put that app somware ?
3. there is nothing to Download from the
