play video over http via streaming..

hi..

i am trying to play videos over http via streaming...but i have read in documentation of mmapi that except content types audio/amr and audio/amr-wb player downloads the whole data of the file than play it...

my question is there any way to play videos via streaming like download a chunk then play it and in between download another chunk and play it after first chunk has reached END OF MEDIA.

OS -- windows vista
SDK -- nokia n97 sdk v1.0
device nokia n97

PS -- please dont suggest me to do it via RTSP or RTP.. i have to do it via http..

is there no one who could help...at least nokia guys plz suggest sumthing...or at least tell me either it is even officially possible or not??
