Having a problem with Share Online

Hi, guys.
I am having an interesting problem with Share Online.
I am using N97 and N95. On both of them Share Online doesn't work. I mean, the program opens, but no service available to shate with. When I try to update service providers, it also says "No new services available" And there's no Ovi, Vox, or Flickr...
How can i force app to work correctly? Are these service providers depends on the Country?
