How to sign builds prior to submission?

I searched the forum for this. I hope someone can help.

We submitted builds to OVI, and they failed for not being signed. Since then I signed up on Java Verified, and I confirmed all my information. I received an e-mail with a cert.p7c attachment. And I also installed the cert on my Internet Explorer.

I am not sure what to do next. We have the Jad/Jar builds all ready to go.

How do we actually sign the builds? Do I need to use the J2ME Wireless toolkit?
