    Hi everybody;

    I am trying develop an application working with topwindow module on 1.9.7. It is a small widget appearing on the screen and showing information such as battery life, free ram, profile. I am using images with topwindow's add_image function.

    I want to make this topwindow touchable.

    Is there any way to call function when user touches to topwindow or some area on it. Can you give some examples of code?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    I'm pretty sure Canvas is the only UI element that supports handling touch events. So it's not possible for TopWindow, unfortunately.

    There is a feature request for it here,

    I don't know but if you are lucky, it might be in PyS60 2.0 - available from Software updates - S60 3rd edition FP2 onwards.. May be you can check if its there, PyS60 team listens to feature requests
