hello everybody.i am new to developing application for mobile.i want to develop applications for mobiles.but i really dont know how to get started.i know basic about c++,java.please can anybody help me ..i hav to develop apps for my academic project

Obviously reading will help you lot. But first of all decide what you want to develop then look for the technology which best suits it. So, first of all be specific in what you actually want to develop.
