Help, Can not execute Widget in Nokia 5800

My Nokia 5800XM, System upgraded to Version V31.1.101
After I upgraded to V21, All the Widgets can not be executed in my 5800.
When I run a Widget Program, Black screen displayed with 2 buttons at bottom "Option" and "Exit". If I select "Option", There is only one option is "Exit"....

How to resolve this issue?

have you performed backup/restore operations before and after the firmware upgrade?

Also, have you tried installing a widget AFTER the firmware upgrade? If yes, does it work?

I performed backup but not restore. Because after I upgraded firmware, all my applications are still there, nothing changed.
So I just upgraded firmware and continue to use

Yes. I tried to delete Widget applications and reinstall them many times. But it doesn't work.
All the Widget applications can not be executed...
