    I need to retrieve multiple cell id using mobile GSM.I am able to get single cell id.
    Is there any way to get multiple cell id or do we need to register for partnership API with nokia?
    Can Anyone help me on this please?

    Basically mostly there is no API available for this that could be used by 3rd party, you could find older discussions by searching this forum with neighbour cells search words.
