Ok i have stats for handsets downloading and NO states by country or overall total in February.
what is going on?

The devices data never matches the download data, although it can be hard to prove unless the volumes are low. One of my apps had three downloads on the 1 feb (the only data available for Feb today). I copied this from the report:

How can 10.5% of downloads be on the N97 if there have only been 3 downloads. It does not make sense. Either the 10.5% should be 33.3% or the total downloads should be 9 not 3.

It would be good if somebody from OVI could explain this?

Hi All,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. Currently, one theory is that testing of over-the-air downloads by QA is counting toward the device percentages. Fortunately, purchases by the QA team do not count and therefore do not effect estimated revenue. I have a case documented where the content hasn't been published to Ovi Store yet and the device counter was registering devices.

This issue is similar but different in that it is registering devices and no purchases at the beginning of the month. I'll include it in our R&D ticket as a similar but different issue.

Could you please send this in as an issue to publishtoovi.support@nokia.com? This way I can track in in our issue system.

- Content File Name

Sorry, I forgot to speak to your issue. This could be related, and I'd like to tie it into the overall inquiry to our R&D team. Seems possible they are linked. Perhaps one stat is still pouring into the production environment from the testing environment, but no others - therefore you aren't seeing country or total download info.
