I have searched for this issue, but couldn't found any thing related to this problem that I am about to discuss.
I am having the problem upgrading my application in SuperNova 7100/7210, where the application fails to launch after updating (overriding).
It also does not preserves the permission setting for the application.
Sometimes it says that there is a conflict in the application i.e. there is another application by the same name.
Now if I uninstall the application the same prompt is received every time. I might have to install the application on the same location.. but same prompt is received. Now the only option is that I reset my device to the factory state removing all the data from the device, after taking backup.
Like you said using blue-tooth is not a way to install updates (that is what I was doing), I shall try to use USB cable to do the installations, and reply to this post with the results.
