How to use Qt-declarative

Hi,

I dunno where to ask qt-declarative related questions so i'm asking here because i want to use it in qt for s60.

Can anyone please tell me how to use qt-declarative?

I am using carbide as well as qt creator. Any help documents available for qt-declarative? How to implement it in my qt coding. sample coding which integrates qt and declarative will be more helpful for me.

i downloaded qt-4.6.0-declarative and I dont know how to run those examples.

Is it must that 4.6-declarative will run only in selected versions of qt? I am blank in using these things.

Please help me if anyone knows. Thank you.

Qt Quick (aka QML) is not part of Qt yet. It will be part of Qt 4.7 and until then you need to use a special Qt build (and a special Qt Creator) to get started with it. Both are available in Qt's Declarative UI project pages.

To test an example, just open one *.qml file and hit run. Or start the QmlViewer.exe and open the QML file in it to play it. See also http://labs.trolltech.com/blogs/2010...at-is-bauhaus/
