I wanted to develop an application for my nokia 6710 cell with bluetoth, but always appears a message asking a security code.One more question, it is mandatory that my application is signed?I hope not because I have no means to pay a license!

A code? Do you mean "allow (yes/no)?"? You might be able to select "ask first time" instead of "always ask" in the application's security settings (look in the options for the application in the device's application manager). You cannot switch this off completely ("always allow"/"never ask") unless your application is trusted (signed).

Or do you mean the bluetooth pairing code? This should only be needed once.

No. However, some app stores (such as Ovi) require that applications be signed, if you want to sell your application that way.

Your connection String (URL) is wrong. Please, go through the documentation. I recommend to do a full service discovery for your UUID. Are you really sure, you want to use 0x1101L as UUID?
