    How do I make a simple WTAI link according to WAP 1.2.1?

    The wtai line format is like:
    <a href="wtai://wp/mc;123123123">call</a>
    or
    <do type=accept label="phonecall">
    <go href="wtai://wp/mc;123123123"/>
    </do>
