Missing SIP "default profile"

Hi,

Just got my E72 which I also want to use connected to my Asterisk server. Installed the "Sip voip 3.x app" for advanced settings and got to a point where I was getting "registration failed". So I reset to factory defaults to start again only to find now I can't create a "New SIP profile/Use default profile" as it must be missing now. I removed and reinstalled this Sip voip app again still nothing appears. What am I doing wrong????

Hi again,

I was able to get back the default profile by deleting all my access points and then reinstating them. My only problem is that I still can't get the thing to register in Asterisk. I read something about user id being the problem I will pursue that now.
