Network Permission

Hi everybody,
I load http://api.maps.ovi.com/jsl.js at the start of my widget and the widget asks if the user wants to "Allow connection to network", and if the user doesn't allow, the program does not continue and only a white blank screen is shown.

What I need to do is if the user doesn't give permission, How can i detect it and act accordingly (e.g closing the widget)
