I want to develop a mobile application which can help users to take exams online through their own mobile nokia phones.The application will also be able to make correction and publish results after finishing exam. Can anyone give me help with codes?

you could maybe start with HTTP example, then just desing your UI's and handle the data exchange with server over the HTTP.

Wow, Neat idea. Saw something like that in an IEEE article, but the mobile devices were acting as clients.
