Ovi Store is a distribution/sales channel operated by Nokia. Even if you distribute/sell your app through Ovi Store, you own all the rights to your own software, not Nokia.

Ok. And can I add licence to the my program?
I watch foreign program (program from other company) and there no licence.

If you want your app to have some sort of a screen where you show and the user has to accept some kind of a license, I don't recall whether the Ovi Store publishing guidelines specifically allow or deny that, or if it says nothing about such a thing.

Is that what you want to do? Display your own license text before the user can use your program?

Anyway, I suspect that there is nothing that prevents you from doing something like that, if you wish, but I'll leave it to someone more knowledgeable to respond.

There is no regulation in Ovi to reject applications that supply extra terms and conditions for the user to accept. This is based on the fact that those T&C does not violate or contradict with the Nokia Ovi terms and conditions.

It's worth knowing that, certainly under UK law (and I expect others are similar), such a licence really has no validity.

By taking the customer's money, you have already entered into a legal contract with the customer, and you have no right to impose new conditions unilaterally on that contract after the fact. You have no entitlement to render the existing contract void if the customer refuses to accept additional terms (even if you offer a refund). To be legally binding, the licence text would need to be displayed before the app is downloaded (and, crucially, before the customer pays), so that it forms part of the contract of sale.

For free downloads, the rule is different. Since no money has changed hands, no contract exists, and you are free to impose conditions.
