Contacts HELP!!!

I want to add all the fields in a contact..

Example:

CContactItemField::NewLC(KStorageTypeText, KUidContactFieldGivenName);
field->SetMapping(KUidContactFieldVCardMapUnusedN);

I am not sure about the following fields SetMapping's TUid

1. Home Number
2. Mobile Number
3. Work Number
4. Assistant Number
5. Other
6. Home 2
7. Work 2
8. Address Home
9. City Home
10. State Home
11. Zip Home
12. Country Home
13. Home Extra
14. Address Work
15. City Work
16. State Work
17. Zip Work
18. Country Work
19. Work Extra
20. Pin Number
21. Company
