how to use SetHorizontalDoP method

Hi every one,
I want to know how to use methods presents in TPositionSettelliteinfo.
SetHorizontalDoP in this method we need to pass TReal32 what should i pass?
suppose that if i pass 30 then what it willbe 30 meter or 30 Kilometer or 30 miles.
i want to use this methods cause some times i get drift of kilometr.
please advise me how to use these methods to fix drift i have read sdk but in sdk i didnt found.
