Application disappears frome home screen

I don't know if this has been posted yet.

I'm using an application that I use at home screen. When I plug the phone into pc to charge the application disappears from home screen, I suppose the hard disk is disconnected, but when I unplug the phone it doesn't appears more. Sometimes I have to add it to home screen from the list but sometimes the application doesn't exist in the list.
