Drawing pixelart for mobiles

Are there any artists here making art for J2ME games? What software do you use to create 4bits per channel graphics (photoshop plugins, converters etc)? How do you make animations?

hi,

I´m using DeluxePaint II by Dan Silva from the good old 80´s
its a very good thing to paint those pixelgraphics
i have never found a better paintprogramm.

I save the files as PCX and load them into Photoshop, adding transparency and save them as PNG
for me - it works fine!

Cosmigo Promotion is probably the best program on pc for this.
