Are Qt applications already accepted in Ovi store ?

Hi all,
I'm currently developing several applications in Qt which I would like to publish on Ovi Store.
What's the current policy ? Is it already allowed ? If not, then what's the expected date ?

I'd like to use the Qt Nokia Smart Installer to autoinstall Qt in case it's missing on the phone (in most phones right now until Nokia starts to ship Qt by default).
Is the use of the Qt Smart Installer already allowed for apps on Ovi Store though the Smart Installer is in beta ?

Are there already some Qt apps in Ovi store (with smart installer), if it's not a secret can you name some ?

None. Nokia does not allow beta installer onto store.
