certificate error

i m signed my application at java verified but when i m publish it at ovi it show error like this:---

Comments from the QA team:
FAILED: Certificate Error.
SUMMARY: The application was not properly signed. All application and contents being submitted to Nokia must be certified through trusted foundations such as Java Verified or Symbian Signed and must obtain a signed certificate before it is accepted through Publish to Ovi.
ACTUAL RESULT: The error message “Certificate error. Contact the application supplier” appears during installation.
EXPECTED RESULT: The application must be signed and should not display any certificate error messages. (public, Moderation in progress -> Qa failed)


so please tell me how to resolve it ....can any one tell me about that.....
