    I use http://www.deltica.com for bulk OTA sending, cost is 7p (uk sterling) per message.

    Basically, there are two ways to provide OTA configuration.

    1. Nokia WAP Servers have an OTA provisioning feature. For further information, please take a look at:

    -> Connect to Mobile Services

    2. Nokia has an Over The Air (OTA) Settings Specification, Version 6.5 in Forum Nokia web site/Smart Messaging section/Documents. This document specifies how to provide mobile phones with browser settings and bookmarks over the air.

    In addition there are also some commercial applications available for this purpose.
