NDS for J2ME, install error!

I have problem when installing Nokia Developer's Suite for J2ME.
I'm already using JBuilder 5 and have installed JBuilder MobileSet already. Then I start installing the NDS for J2ME.

After I input user name and password (I am already a member of forum Nokia.) and click next, the program starts connecting to forum Nokia via internet, then an error message has beem shown "Reading data error - An error occurred when reading data from the servlet".

Our server is running ok now. You can now get the serial number and then be able to start using our development tools. We apologize for any harm that was caused because of the maintenance work.
