not able to receive msg form smsc using cimd

i am developing a app. using cimd i am able to send msg but not able to receive msg from smsc where as my account type is set as send and receive

Hi,

You can try to do an anonymous trace for your CIMD traffic.
Please check this with your operator if they have allowed it on
their SMSC environment.
