Need transparent icon in application manager

Hi,

I am not getting the transparent icon in the application manager where to install my application .I have checked my debian package that the 26x26 image i am using is transparent.But the same is showing as white background with icon at the application manager from where install my application.How can I change in the debian package to get the proper transparent image in the application manager place.I am getting correct transparent image at the place where to launch my application.

For example if you check

apt-cache show flashlight-applet

this package contains icon with transparent background.
