Script differences WRT 1.0 / 1.1

Is there any documentation on -what- kind of script differences do and do not work
when trying to make a widget available to older phones? (N95 8GB in this case)

Stripped out all jquery, and simplified a lot of code, but still my window.onload
function in an external js file does not fire.

I suppose theres a bit too much code involved to post a snippet.

Need documentation, but got fed up with googling for a bit.

You can find a lot of useful information in the library.
The good thing with OVI store is that it's well fragmented. So, you can publish the full fancy version of app for wrt1.1 devices. And after that you have a time to work around and make working wrt 1.0 version. In a meanwhile you'll see what's the feedback for your 1.1 version and fix some mistakes.
