Adobe today officially launched Creative Suite 5, that would begin shipping towards end of this month. This new version offers ways to test features like geolocation, accelerometers data and so on.

Insights into Adobe AIR for mobiles(still to come) and Flash Player 10.1 (coming this summer) are in the video.

Sad to know that Apple has dropped support for cross platform compilers

One of the most exciting features of CS5 would be useless.

why not adobe make their own phone?
smth like this: http://concepts.shpe.ro/?id2=00040000 (read the text); with lots of APIs...

    or...
why not adobe publish a source code for swf written in apple standards... so anyone can make their own app with the player within... adobe sourcecode compiled and user swf...

Instead of making their own Phones, it would be better if Adobe improves support for open OS like symbian and Android. Flash Lite still has a long way to go to establish itself as a viable solution for applications.
