Review comments deleted

I had 9 review comments for my app (local guide). Unfortunately all of them are deleted and i don't see anything now. Is it possible to restore ?

i have the exact same problem on one of our apps we also had 9 comments and they all got deleted when ovi did the transfer to the new version i've sent notice of this to ovi via email but still no reply

The reason why we post in this forum is because nobody responds to email send to publishtoovi.support@nokia.com.

I am sure OVI server has a cache of all the comments and it should not be difficult to retrieve. If not google has a cache (Link)

Hello,
This issue is in our R&D ticketing system. Thanks Shai for bringing that to our attention.

There is a work around. It hasn't been proven to be effective in the long term, so take it for what it's worth. If you add a reviews, all previous reviews should show up. Please reply to this thread with the results of this workaround for you.

I have this problem of the reviews for my app disappearing. It happens over and over. Each time I support and they are, eventually able to recover the reviews, but before long they disappear again. They were most recently restored just a day ago.
