library for user AT Commands

I need program in Java. I have to send whit GPRS and I think user AT commands. I can't find Library Nokia that I need to program in JAVA. If I could help or give some examples are so grateful. Thank you."

Could you ask your question again? Who (computer or mobile phone) will send those commands to whom? Do you want to connect to the Internet because you mention GPRS or what do you want to achieve with an AT command. Are you looking for a concrete AT command?
