    My Nokia E71 was blocked, but I dont know the reason. It was blocked as a crime device via IMEI, but I'm the only owner of that device. I have all the documentations. What should I do?

    Call your network operator (carrier) and ask them if/why your phone has been blacklisted, and why, and whether they can remove it from the list.
