Have I understood right that I only can submit technical support request when I have "free company account to access eStore"? Does that mean I can't get support if I'm not representing a company?!

No, any developer can create an account and open a support request, the only condition is a valid credit cardThe registration form will ask for a company name, just use your name there as well. However, if your support request will end-up in an API Partnering request you will have to be creating it in behalf of a company since a license agreement will have to be signed by a legal entity.

Oh, I see. So the support isn't free? There is a charge? Haven't seen this written on the support page.
Pity. I don't plan to sell the software I develop. Maybe release as freeware... So I can't afford paying for support
