Welcome to the Forum Nokia Developer discussion board, as this DiBo concentrates on development related issues, you might find more end-user problems related Dibo better suited for your query. Here's link for one: http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/

    In any case:

The E52 is not "overclocked", but based on a different chipset (phone "engine") than the N97.

(Mostly, though, mobile phones are "underclocked" by the device manufacturer to conserve battery; i.e., the processors are rarely run at the full speed that the semiconductor manufacturer supports for the chips in question. It is a question of balancing/optimizing performance vs. battery life in the device design. Overclocking, if possible, may even compromise functionality, if it breaks the cellular software timing(s), for example.)

There are no supported means to overclock Nokia's S60/Symbian phones.

The only S60/Symbia model from Nokia that I know of, for which someone created an overclocking hack, was the original N-Gage.

So the end-user board is not likely to provide you any help with this, any more than this one does.

Good. Let's keep it that way

You are on the wrong site for discussing such topic, so please find another one. Unless of course you do have some software development related questions and/or some feedback regarding ... Forum Nokia services(!?).
