siprtpex resolverplugin problem

I'm starting to understand SipRtpExample source code.I'm already finished from sip engine and when i am ready to try it i see that i firstly should add the client resolver plug_in
i add it but i don't know how to use its code to indicate my application with incoming request.
plz help me to know how to use its code in my application
is the framework call it ?? or i should do something ???
