Convert application from Qt for Symbian to N900

I have developed an application using windows Qt Creator 4.6.2 + S60 SDK, it can run in Symbian device (like Nokia 5800) but failure to run in Maemo deive (such as Nokia N900).

Is that any simple way to enable the application to run in Maemo deive? If I installed the MADDE for Windows, do I need to re-write my existing application?

Just recompile it with MADDE and install on the device.

It happens rather rarely and mostly on Symbian platform as it's the most recent port of Qt. Should not be the case on Linux as this is the most mature port.

Use Nokia Qt SDK with target Maemo, for example.

I have download Qt SDK 4.6.2 for Windows before (http://get.qt.nokia.com/qtsdk/qt-sdk...-2010.02.1.exe), but cannot the information about maemo.

I have completedly installed Nokia Qt SDK Beta, open my previous project that developed with Qt SDK 4.6.2 for Windows, go to 'Project Model', create a target for Maemo Device, then build the project without error.

But how to create the installation package for N900? Just like execute 'make sis' command to create the SIS file for Symbian Device.

I am also reading this article, do I need to configure the Nokia N900 with MADDE before generate the pakage?

If not, how to access my project folder in MADDE Terminal to run the command, I copy the folder to c:\MADDE\0.6.14\home\Administrator, but it is still invisible in the terminal by typing the 'ls' command
