Voice recognisation

I thought of developing an application based on IVR.

Is it possible to regonise voice in J2me.
If so, please provide me the solution to that?

well there has been this JSR 113 Java Speech API 2.0 among Java Community Process specs, but that has not been implemented on any Nokia devices.

For IVR based app; do you need Voice recogniser... you just deal with prerecored voice and DTMF tones...

Even then if it is needed, you can take help of some avilable voice recogniser web services... even google gives 1 such service.
